DeSaulnier has represented California’s 10th District in Congress since succeeding George Miller in 2015. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in both chambers of California’s legislature and on the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts in 1952 and now residing in Concord, DeSaulnier holds a BA from College of the Holy Cross.
