DeSaulnier has represented California’s 10th district since replacing George Miller in Congress in 2015. Prior to his current role, he served in both chambers of California’s legislature and on the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts in 1952, DeSaulnier resides in Concord and holds a bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross.
