On Saturday, April 12, former The Athenian School standout Nathan McCurdy’s current college team, the Grinnell Pioneers, won 12-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Lawrence Vikings.
The game took place at Whiting Field. This was their second matchup against the Vikings this season.
The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at Whiting Field against Lawrence Vikings.
