On Sunday, April 13, former San Ramon Valley High School standout Paige McLeod’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.
The game took place at Valpo Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Beacons this season.
The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 5 p.m. at Marian Kneer Stadium against Missouri State Bears.
