Data from the 36 homes sold in the period indicate a median sales price of $752,750 for Pinole. For the city overall in 2025, the median property tax bill stood at $6,271, which amounts to 0.8% of the median assessed home value.

The U.S. average effective property tax rate was 0.888% in 2024.
