Walnut Creek home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Walnut Creek rose by $284,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,020,000 - a 38.7% increase over the $735,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Walnut Creek in the first quarter of 2018.
