Concord home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Concord rose by $64,250 while total sales decreased by 85.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $570,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Concord in 2018.

The median sales tax in Concord for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,381, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for 2019.
