Census Bureau: More men than women in Alamo CDP in 2020

Of the 13,864 people living in Alamo CDP in 2020, 47.6 percent (6,603) were women and 52.4 percent (7,261) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West Contra Costa News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 283. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,602 females and 1,658 males.
