Contra Costa County is working towards the establishment of an Arts & Culture Strategic Plan. Starting March 14, five Arts & Culture Community Visioning Sessions will be held throughout the County. The events are free, and all are welcome. Please see press release and the Contra Costa Cultural Planning and Arts Council Project Facebook page for more information.
