Mark DeSaulnier, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California's 10th district, has been actively engaging with his constituents and the public through various platforms. On March 20, 2025, he shared insights on several topics via social media.

On March 20, 2025, DeSaulnier expressed his enthusiasm for participating in a panel at UC Berkeley. He stated, "I was excited to participate in the @UCBerkeley Reclaiming Civic Power panel last night to speak about the importance of youth civic engagement with students, faculty, and Commonwealth Club members. Go Bears!"

Later that day, DeSaulnier invited people to join a virtual town hall meeting scheduled for that evening. He mentioned that the discussion would focus on opposing certain actions by the President regarding Medicaid and Social Security cuts. His post read: "Join us virtually on Facebook or YouTube for our town hall TONIGHT at 6:30 p.m. to discuss how House Democrats are fighting the dangerous actions of the President like his attempts to cut Medicaid and Social Security."

In another tweet on March 20, 2025, DeSaulnier criticized President Trump's decision to eliminate the Department of Education amidst ongoing challenges faced by students nationwide. He wrote: "President Trump’s action today to eliminate the Department of Education comes as students across the country are struggling. We should be directing more funding to our schools to meet these challenges to support our nation’s students and families."
